As silly as this sounds…how many of you have ever left your TV tuned to The Animal Planet, or a radio on to keep your dog company while you are away all day earning a living? For the first few weeks this channel is gratis but not for long. If you’d like to appease your furry Prince or Princess, it’s gonna cost you $5 extra a month! It was a Friday night unlike most. Not your typical movie date night or whoring about the town looking for the latest trendy eatery or high priced “redone” cocktail. No, this night would include retro Lafayette Hotel & Swim Club, big band sounds, and my Bow Wow Beauties, & I soaking up a 2012 Calendar Launch & Pinup Fashion show to support a good cause for furry babies! Cuties for a Cause is a wonderful pinup calendar company that picks one charity every year to support by donating the proceeds of their annual calendar to that charity. Our Shoppe fits very well with their “pinup” motif which is why they contacted us this past year in order to use our very own Sexy Dog Wash as a backdrop to one of their months!
